Buying
Does it cost anything to enquire?
No. Browsing and enquiring on listings is always free. Your message goes straight to the seller through Concrix.
How do I know the materials are as described?
Every listing carries a Condition Report — counted quantities, clear photos and honest condition notes. We review listings before they go live, but always confirm details with the seller before you collect.
Can I find materials near me?
Yes. You can filter by distance so you only see stock you can realistically collect. Concrix focuses on the Klang Valley, so most listings are a short drive away.
What if I can't find what I need?
Post a wanted request describing what you're after. Sellers with a match can respond directly, so the right stock can come to you.
Selling
What does it cost to list?
Listing is free during launch, and Concrix doesn't take a commission on the sale — enquiries come straight to you.
What can I sell?
Surplus construction materials such as scaffolding, formwork, lighting, steel and pipes, fittings and safety gear — new surplus or used, as long as the condition is described honestly.
How long until my listing goes live?
We review each listing before publishing to check the quantity and condition notes. This is usually quick; we'll reach out if anything needs clarifying.
Can I edit or remove a listing?
Yes — manage your listings from the seller dashboard, edit details, and mark items as sold once they're gone. Significant edits are re-reviewed before going live again.
Verification
What does “verified” mean on Concrix?
We review listings before they're published and verify the sellers behind them. Verification means we've checked the basics — it is not an in-person inspection or a guarantee of condition.
Do you inspect materials in person?
Not in v1. We rely on the seller's photos and condition notes, reviewed by our team. We don't warrant or guarantee items, so confirm anything important with the seller before committing.
How do you handle spam or fake listings?
Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly, and enquiry and request forms include anti-spam protection. If you spot something that looks off, let us know via the contact page.
Pickup & delivery
Who arranges collection?
The buyer and seller arrange it directly. Listings show a pickup location so you can plan collection, or organise your own transport.
Does Concrix offer delivery?
Not yet. Coordinated pickup and delivery is on our roadmap. For now, buyers and sellers handle logistics between themselves.
How is payment handled?
Payment is agreed and settled directly between buyer and seller. Concrix doesn't process payments in v1 — we connect the two sides and keep listings honest.
