All sales made through Concrix are final and non-returnable, subject to the conditions set out below.
1. Pre-loading inspection
Before any materials are loaded, the buyer must inspect them with the seller present, and sign an Acknowledgment of Materials Condition form. Once that form is signed, no refund will be entertained for the condition of the materials inspected.
2. Who's responsible for damage
- Before loading — the seller is fully responsible, and the buyer may refuse materials that are damaged or don't match the listing.
- During transport — the third-party logistics provider (such as Lalamove) is responsible; Concrix acts only as a facilitator.
- After loading — the buyer assumes all responsibility for the materials.
3. Zero-Misrepresentation Guarantee
Listings from Verified Sellers — those with confirmed SSM registration and proof of stock ownership — carry our Zero-Misrepresentation Guarantee, giving buyers extra assurance that the listing reflects the actual stock.
4. Making a damage claim
If materials are damaged before loading, notify Concrix immediately with photo or video evidence, through our contact page or by calling +6010-2830238. Claims are assessed against the listing description and the evidence provided.
5. Limits on our liability
Concrix Malaysia Sdn Bhd's liability under this policy is limited to the fees collected for the specific transaction in question, and excludes any consequential or indirect losses.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
